Extract temporal covariance provider details

Returns the fitted time parameter, trait covariance components, and public series–occasion index for a native temporal-source fit.

extract_temporal(fit)

Arguments

fit

A fitted temporal gllvmTMB_multi object.

Value

A list with parameters, time, pair_index, loadings, and variance. variance is temporal_indep_variance for the indep cell and temporal_Psi_variance for temporal_latent(unique = TRUE).
