Extract a latent-scale correlation from a cross-family Julia fit

The cross-family route is experimental and partial. It is reachable from R with engine = "julia" and a c(family1, family2) pair, but it currently provides point estimates without standard errors or confidence intervals. This extractor reads rho_latent from an existing drmTMB_julia_xfam object.
