Coerce a drmTMB confidence-interval table to a matrix

Returns a two-column numeric matrix with row names taken from parm, in the same shape as stats::confint() for ordinary linear models.

Arguments

A drm_confint object from confint.drmTMB().

Ignored.

Value

A numeric matrix with two columns (lower and upper interval limits).
