Arguments

object

A fitted model object.

...

Reserved for future arguments.

Value

The requested marker or scan result for hsquared_fit objects that contain the corresponding field.

Details

These extractor names cover genomic, QTL, GWAS, and eQTL fitted results. They return values only when an hsquared_fit object contains the corresponding result field. marker_effects() and marker_variance_explained() are populated by the opt-in SNP-BLUP path (target = "snp_blup"). The variance-explained table is a descriptive fitted-marker share, computed as effect squared times centered marker variance and normalized across markers; it is not a marker-scan p-value, QTL statistic, or causal decomposition under linkage disequilibrium. The gwas_table() and lod_scores() methods for an already-computed hs_gwas object expose the current uncalibrated marker-scan table and marker-level LOD scores. Fit-level QTL/GWAS/eQTL result tables and map-annotated / calibrated scan outputs remain reserved for future results.
