Downloads the database for the specified authority if not already cached.

pr_ensure_db(authority, db_version = NULL)
Arguments
- authority
A length-1 character vector. Taxonomic authority code.
- db_version
A length-1 character vector or NULL. Database version.
Value
Invisibly returns the authority string.
