Example bird phylogeny for the 300 species in avonet300

An object of class 'phylo' from the ape package. It is posterior sample member 69 from the Hackett-backbone half of BirdTree's 100-tree bird collection, retrieved through the megatrees package and pruned to the 300 species in avonet300. The MIT software licence for megatrees does not establish rights for the underlying BirdTree data; see the installed NOTICE. This object is included for examples, not as an MCC or consensus tree or a recommended tree for substantive analysis.
